I saw on
Here Comes the Sun, my all-time favourite blog, that she is engaging in a 30 day wellness challenge thingy majig. And I desperately need a detox myself so I'm going to give it a go! I figure that if I blog about my progress it will (hopefully) keep me motivated and accountable!!
Here are my goals:
- Severely cut down my sugar intake (sugar is my weakness, it's truely terrible)
- Drink more water
- Gym 4-5x per week
- Severely up my fruit and vege intake!
- Eat breakfast everyday
